I live in the East Bay Area of San Francisco in a perfect little hideaway with my husband, Zac and our little dog, Charlie.

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Ministry from Cal Baptist University, am a Certified SYMBIS Pre-Marital Counselor, and am currently int he process of being certified as a Mental Health Coach via American Association of Christian Counselors.

I love working one-on-one with people and helping them make sense of things, and I’m so lucky to get to do that for a living!
